Wordpress has web analytics from the beginning. But Blogger doesn’t have statistics service for long time. But now Blogger added this analytic service. It has more features than Wordpress. It is called Blogger Livetime Web Analytic. In short it is called Stats. 

You will get here: 

• Overview -  Pageviews Today, Pageviews Yesterday, Pageviews Last Month, Pageviews Alltime 

• History Posts - Pages, 

• Traffic Sources - Referring URLs, Referring Sites, Search Keywords 

• Audience – Pageviews by Countries. 

You will get all these statistics in Blogger Draft site. It will soon add in Blogger site. Or if you check box Make Blogger in Draft my Default Dashboard from Dashboard it will automatically log in from Blogger to Draft.Blogger.com.

You will not get this blog statistics tool for your own blog.

Virtual Keyboard in Firefox

What is Virtual Keyboard? According to Wikipedia, one purpose of a virtual keyboard is to provide an alternative input mechanism for users with disabilities who cannot use a physical keyboard. Another major use for an on-screen keyboard is for bi- or multi-lingual users, who continually need to switch between different character sets or alphabets. 

Sometimes Keyboard doesn’t work properly. Or sometimes we need to type in other language as well as English. Virtual keyboard gives us full support to fill all these criteria.

Mozilla Firefox browser has Virtual Keyboard support. You first need to install an addon – Greasemonkey. Restart Firefox. Now install the Virtual Keyboard Interface. You will see interface of Virtual Keyboard. The Virtual Keyboard supports 34 languages.

Google Font Service

We can’t imagine how many services Google has. Recently Google introduced new service Google Font. To see web page in stylish mod you can use these fonts. If you didn’t install any font in your PC you will not find trouble.

Google has font directory. Select font from font directory.

Protect Yourself from Hacking

What do you know about Hacking? According to Internet Security System, The word "hacking" has two definitions. 

The first definition refers to the hobby/profession of working with computers. The second definition refers to breaking into computer systems. While the first definition is older and is still used by many computer enthusiasts (who refer to cyber-criminals as "crackers"), the second definition is much more commonly used.

We regularly heard that our mail password has been hacked. But if we follow some steps we can make shield against hackers.

• Never open an email from unknown address(sender).
• Scan attached file first then open it.
• Never open notepad file from unknown address.
• Don’t publish your personal mail address to unknown person.
• Don’t open social community sites with your personal mail address.
• Avoid using common password for example, home phone no, home address, nationality, birth place etc.

 Mozilla Firefox users can use an addons program – KeyScrambler Personal. Hackers get password of your account through different secret software. It means that when you sign up with password/username in different sites all are recorded in keyboard. Mozilla addons stop this keyboard recording. Download Keyscrambler Personal Addon. Restart Firefox. This program will stop keyboard recording.

Browse Firefox Without Mouse

If you are regular user of mouse you will find terrible problem when mouse is not working properly.  A mouse can’t be replaceable. You have to throw it. Then you need to buy a new one.

Electronic Diversity Visa(EDV) Result Published

U.S. Department of State Electronic Diversity Visa recently published EDV result. You can check your status from July 1, 2010 & June 30, 2011. You can check your result easily from EDV official website. You need to put 

• Entrant's Confirmation Number, 
• Last Name/Family Name, and 
• Year of Birth in order to check the entrant status online.

After fill up all these informations click continue. You need to fill a number showed in the box.  Then the website will tell you either you selected for further process or not. This site works only in Internet Explorer
